Underwater Engineering (UEL) is founded and fully owned by Roger Dennerley and David Grant. Together they have over 65 continuous years in the Commercial Diving and ROV industries where they both have strong practical and operational experience. Mainly in Management roles, Roger and Dave provide a wealth of experience supporting both O & G Operators and Diving / ROV Contractors. UEL is able to help your organisation in the following ways:

Management support:

As part of your sub-sea project team, provide Corporate Diving Adviser, Client Representative, ROV Specialist or Project Manager on a short term, long term or periodic basis.

Competency:

UEL will create an in-house Competency Scheme for your organisation in the disciplines of Diving, Marine and ROV, compliant with IMCA Competence guidelines. We will work with you till fully implemented.

Auditing Services:

The UEL range of audit services by competent and qualified personnel includes third party:

• Diving Systems Audits (In accordance with IMCA D018)
• ROV Systems Audits (In accordance with IMCA R 006)
